About Us
Jeff and Leanna Plucker representing Plucker Concrete Designs at the 2006 Southern Maine Home Show, Portland, Maine

Founder and President Jeff Plucker brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. Jeff holds a B.S. degree in Art Education from the University of Maine and his 20 years in the U.S. Navy provides management and supervisory skills as well as an expansive mental library of visual experiences gained through travel to Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Philosophy

  • Promote the decorative concrete industry by educating through advertising and attendence in local trade shows.
  • Constantly train, educate and encourage employees to excell through OJT, seminars and trade schools. 
Services Provided
  • Staining - Using acid and acrylic stains specially designed to color the surface of concrete.
  • Scoring - A process of grinding a 1/8th inch deep grooved line into a concrete surface. Scoring is used to delineate an edge to a design or create a pattern through line.
  • Pressure Washing - 3,000 psi pressure washer can be used to clean stains, dirt, mold/mildew and loose paint from concrete surfaces.
  •  Epoxy Floor Coatings - Used primarily on garage floors for its durability and resistance to oils and solvents.
  • Design Service - Working with a client to bring ideas together in a visual form.
