"Hey, Jeff, we met at the Portland Home and Garden Show.  I just wanted to drop a note about our short converstation.  We had our entire house done in a stained concrete slab in Arizona and lived with it for ten years.  The cracking and the fading from the sun as well as the wear patterns in the surface over time made the entire effect look marvelous.  The character it developed over time was so attractive that we never did have it stained again.  Maintenance was as simple as can be and it's the perfect medium for radiant floor heat.  I'd do it again in a second in the future if we had the opportunity, including in any new construction project.  Good luck."
